"We didn't expect to see the first drawing until more than a month after Clark Nexsen delivered the entire project. By deploying leading-edge technologies like PowerCAD SiteMaster, they saved the US Navy and US taxpayers a lot of time and money."
- Michael Willette, Project Manager, GIS Division, Navy Public Works in Norfolk, VA.

"GiveMePower helped us create highly-detailed and amazingly-precise floor plans on site, in real-time and in AutoCAD-ready format 2-3 times faster than we could have using traditional methods. Frankly, it's hard to imagine doing building surveys any other way."
- Macklin Smith, AIA, Project Manager, Clark Nexsen Architecture and Engineering

GiveMePower: The Innovator in Digital Building Surveys, now the Leader in Building Survey Services

The Company
GiveMePower is a US public company, currently trading on the "Pink Sheets" exchange under the ticker symbol "GMPW". Founded in 2001, GMPW has spent 6 years establishing itself as a leading innovator in the supply of next-generation mobile CAD (computer aided design) technologies for users in the design, construction and manufacturing industries.

Following the successful launch of its Technical Services Division in January 2007 on projects with MACTEC and the US Military, customer requests for our expert building surveying services continued to outpace our requests for software sales. Management then determined that a full transition to becoming a building surveying services company would provide excellent growth opportunities to the company and long term value for its shareholders. This strategic move continues to prove to be a good business decision as we move forward and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

The Market
The Building Surveying Information Management (BSIM) market is an estimated $2Billion industry and has averaged a 65% annual growth over the past three years.

According to the National Institute of Standards and Technology study NIST CGR 04-867, more than 66 billion square feet of capital facilities exist in the United States alone- including almost 4 million commercial/institutional buildings and industrial facilities. This report, prepared for NIST by RTI International and the Logistic Management Institute, estimates the cost of inadequate interoperability in the U.S. capital facilities industry to be $15.8 billion per year.

Building owners and managers have previously had to incur these losses as a result of outdated as-built building information and ineffective communication of accurate information on changes that naturally occur over the 30-80 year life cycle that most commercial buildings are in service.

The Team
Led by veteran former executives and managers from Lucent, Microsoft, NovAtel and P&G, the Company's management team is highly experienced, qualified and motivated.
